Waypoint if for:
- Emerging leaders (assistant principals or instructional coaches) who are strong candidates for succession
- Future school leaders in the process of launching a new school
- Leaders overseeing programs in a network of schools
Cohort Structure
Waypoint cohorts consist of 8-12 Fellows who come together in person four times over the course of the year. Each three-day convening focuses on a particular aspect of leadership and blends competency development with immersive experience and role-specific design challenges. Fellows receive 1:1 monthly coaching in between convenings, focusing on growth in target leadership competency areas.
